Employees, customers, partners — anyone who becomes aware of a violation of the code of ethics may report it, and you may report anonymously.
What You Can Report
- Offering or receiving gifts, entertainment, or rebates
- Misuse of company assets, embezzlement or breach of trust
- Leakage of company information and trade secrets
- Unfair trade or improper demands
- Human rights violations such as child or forced labor
- Suspected money laundering or terrorist financing
Reporter Protection
- The reporter's identity and report content are kept confidential.
- We ensure that no disadvantage results from a legitimate report.
- Intentionally false reports or reports made for the purpose of defamation may be excluded from investigation.
